Dedicated Disaster Recovery Space in Norwich (from £20 per workstation per month)

All our Disaster Recovery Space centres provide fully furnished open plan office space with high speed internet access, LAN, virtual PBX with Voicemail and PC's/Laptops (Windows XP and MS Office). Disaster Recovery Space is allocated to you on a 1:1 basis and not sold to multiple clients like 'traditional' Disaster Recovery Space; meaning that your Disaster Recovery Space is guaranteed to be available in the event of a disaster.

Thanks to our unique partnership with major building owners in the Norwich area we are able to offer high quality dedicated Disaster Recovery Space at a fraction of the price charged by traditional providers for 'shared' space. This unique approach is dramatically lowering the cost of Disaster Recovery Space for companies who were previously excluded to cost constraints.

Service pricing consists of two elements:

Monthly Retainer - Low monthly fee to secure dedicated Disaster Recovery Space in Norwich and contribute to the running costs of the Norwich Disaster Recovery Centre. The monthly retainer is charged on a per workstation (desk) basis (from £20 per workstation per month)

Invocation Fee - This charge is only made if the Norwich Disaster Recovery Space is occupied and covers the full cost of service provision. Charged on a weekly basis (from £75 - £150 per workstation per week depending on location and service specification) and usually settled by your insurance company. This fee is only paid if you experience a disaster and move in to the Norwich Disaster Recovery Centre.

CallSpace Managed Availability (fixed fee £99 per month)

CallSpace is designed for clients who do not need or cannot afford dedicated Disaster Recovery Space but want to put in place a robust recovery strategy in the event of a disaster. Based upon your stated location and size requirements the CallSpace service monitors Disaster Recovery Space availability on a monthly basis and updates your Disaster Recovery Plan accordingly.

Should a disaster occur you will have the up to date address and contact details of at least three fully furnished and equipped offices that can be occupied within 24 hours. CallSpace is charged on a fixed monthly fee (irrespective of number of workstation required). Upon invocation full market rate for the space will be charged (from £75 - £250 per week depending upon location and service specification).

EmergencyCall (£FREE)

In the event of a disaster please call our Disaster Recovery Space advice team on 0845 643 2756 and we will do our utmost to find you short term office accommodation and assist you with your recovery activities (Office Space Provision, Telephony and IT Provision). You will be charged a weekly inclusive fee for this service should a disaster happen which will normally be covered by your business insurance. EmergencyCall is ideally suited to companies employing 5 staff or less.
