Dedicated Disaster Recovery Space

All our Disaster Recovery centres provide fully furnished open plan office space with high speed internet access, LAN, virtual PBX with Voicemail and PC's/Laptops (Windows XP and MS Office) Disaster Recovery Space is allocated to you on a 1:1 basis not sold to multiple clients like 'traditional' Disaster Recovery Space; meaning that your Disaster Recovery Space is Guaranteed to be available in the event of a Disaster.

Thanks to our unique partnership with major building owners across the UK we are able to offer high quality dedicated Disaster Recovery Space at a fraction of the price charged by traditional providers for 'shared' space. This unique approach is dramatically lowering the cost of Disaster Recovery Space for companies that switch to us and opening up the market to companies who were previously excluded due to cost constraints.

Service pricing consists of two elements:-

Monthly Retainer - Low monthly fee to secure dedicated Disaster Recovery Space and contribute to the running costs of the Disaster Recovery Centre. The monthly retainer is charged on a per workstation (desk) basis (price on application)

Invocation Fee - This charge is only made if the Disaster Recovery Space is occupied and covers the full cost of service provision. Charged on a weekly basis and usually settled by your insurance company. (from £75 - £150 per workstation per week depending on location and service specification) This fee is only paid if you experience a disaster and move in to the Disaster Recovery Centre

CallSpace Managed Availability (fixed fee from £99 per month)

CallSpace is designed for clients who do not need or cannot afford dedicated Disaster Recovery Space but want to put in place a robust recovery strategy. Based upon your stated location and size requirements the CallSpace service monitors Disaster Recovery Office Space availability on a monthly basis and updates your Disaster Recovery Plan accordingly.

Should a Disaster occur you will have the up to date address and contact details of at least three fully furnished and equipped offices that can be occupied within 24 hours. CallSpace is charged on a fixed monthly fee basis (irrespective of number of workstions required) Upon invocation full market rate for the office space will be charged (from £75 - £250 per week depending upon location and service specification)

06/08/2009 - Disaster Recovery Space have signed a partnership agreement with Disaster Recovery Manager to promote Online Disaster Recovery Plan management services. Disaster Recovery Manager launches in July 2009 and provides all the tools for Small and Medium businesses to self manage Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity within their businesses.
